I didn't know that every time we delete a record, this space can be use for
other records. Now, if we delete the records, the speed of the database will
grow up as initially? I think yes as the index tables will be empty. A?

A Backup & Restore is the *only* way to reduce the file size of a
Firebird database.

BUT: When you delete records, their space becomes available for new
records. So Dimitry is right: what's the point? One month later the
database will have the old size again. And hard disk space is
extremely cheap these days.
