1.5.3 specifically does not have a 64 bit build. There were some
1.5ish Windows 64 bit builds at some stage, but they were pulled. I am
pretty sure it was because of serious problems.

I haven't used the 64 bit version of 2003 yet, can you not install a
32 bit application? The only place I would see the need to go 64 bit
is the process memory limit (2GB), which can be worked around using
Classic Server.
