Firstly, I would switch to classic server. That won't resolve your
problem, but it will prevent a crash from affecting everyone.

There is not really much information here to learn anything by. It is
possible I suppose that the security database is corrupted and this
may cause it, but that is just speculation.

Is there anything in the Firebird log?
