There is also the ibexpert database manager where you will do many things
easier that isql tool.

It is one of most professional I never seen.

People where you know this software, what is your opinion?

No. ISQL is just an application. So follow the Readme and/or the
release notes for how you deploy an application and the files needed
for using the application with the embedded model.

What you should understand is that Embedded is a model for
deployment. It's just Superserver rolled together with
fbclient.dll. For development and playing around, use either
Superserver or Classic, or embedded's (deliberate) restrictions will
drive you up the wall.
