No. ISQL is just an application. So follow the Readme and/or the
release notes for how you deploy an application and the files needed
for using the application with the embedded model.

What you should understand is that Embedded is a model for
deployment. It's just Superserver rolled together with
fbclient.dll. For development and playing around, use either
Superserver or Classic, or embedded's (deliberate) restrictions will
drive you up the wall.
