IIRC, when I was writing a service application, Windows would add
these LEGACY_ keys when the service is uninstalled. I have just done a
quick check, and I do have the same keys but also I have the keys from
several other services with the same NextInstance value. Seems to me
to be a 'Windows thing' rather than a 'Firebird thing', perhaps google
can help.
