Hi Zoran,
This does not really help you this time, but I would ASAP switch to
something better then Win98 (AFAIW MS will discontinue support for it
very soon) for a database server, I don't know were you are located but
here in France you can get a pretty good small server from e.g. Dell for
about 500 or 700 Euro.
