try www.ibexpert.com (not in personal edition, only in trial or full)

Use menu tools-extract metadata
on data page select all tables and on options page, check all options
incl blob data

this creates a script that can be used to create the same database
again on another server platform.

If there is any invalid command, you will see it while executing the
script and you can change it in the scripteditor before executing it
again.
