You should use GRANT and REVOKE, Firebird should fill in the system table.

It is possible if you (for example) have two different grantors, or if you have
different columns (for UPDATE or REFERENCES). Could you open the Privileges page
in FlameRobin and see how many check signs you have for that privilege?
