I don't think that there has been much corrections in the UNICODE_FSS
character set itself(in FB 2). But there is a new Unicode character
set that introduces a proper implementation of UTF-8 characters and
some collations(I didn't check which ones that were implemented). The
release notes of FB 2 should contain more precise information.
