However, it doesn't say what's the difference between ANY_LOCK_MEM_SIZE and
V4_LOCK_MEM_SIZE. I see that there are many other settings that have both V4_
and ANY_ variants.

My main question is: if I change the V4_xxx setting, should I change the
corresponding ANY_xxx setting as well?
