There looks to be some development for FB2(some recent messages
related to it) and for sure for Vulcan and FB3. What happens is that
not all the developers have systems that covers all the platforms. So
if it happens that there is no volunteers that is willing to maintain
a platform, then that platform might not see any further development,
until someone comes along and is willing to revive it.
