I don't understand what you want with word files, but as for the
metadata extraction (and extraction into SQL scripts), most admin
tools do this, many of them are free, many of them are paid, some paid
have free evaluation versions.

Scroll down and choose admin tools and start reading. 10 different
people will give you 10 diffeent suggestions.
