I'm going to first upgrade to FB 1.5.3 to see if the problem occurs again in
the future. I would still like to hear any suggestions or possible causes
for this, however.

Also, I would like to add that there is nothing in the FB server log since
the FB server was reinstalled the last time this happened. The log showed
the service started and then stopped when I stopped it this time. Nothing in
between so I assume that no internal errors occurred.
