First problem I get is that
http://www.ibphoenix.com/main.nfs?l=;PAGES;NAME='ibp_download_documentation'
does not show up as a full link, stopping at the first -'-

Only when you get to the page do you have problems with the pdf's, and
I've always had to 'right click' -> Save link target and open off line.

It would be nice if the (.zip) linked to file that actually downloaded

The same problem applies to most browsers - the only one I refuse to
enable here is IE - even for Windows Updates ( so I don't get Helen's
problem with it trashing the machine :) )
