Rebooting did not help. The automated script failed to restore last
night.

I logged in as administrator, and the restore worked! I logged in as
myself (a member of domain admins), and it failed. I granted full
control to the RestoreTest folder (the destination of the restore db)
to domain admins (Everyone already had full control), and still could
not restore. I logged back in as administrator, and the restore works
again.

There is obviously a permissions problem here. Sorry for the noise.
