I don't think so. But if you are concerned on client security, you
can accomplish the same via changing some params in inetd.conf to
prevent inetd from asking indent information from the client.
Unfortunatelly, I don't use Linux and can't tell you exact name of
the parameter. AFAIR, this issue had been fixed in FB 1.5.3.
