This book was *written* in Australia, Mate! :-)

http://www.elx.com.au/item/1590592794 seems to have stock. I use elx
a lot for tech book purchases. Quick on delivery if it is in stock
and you can use Internet banking to pay for it, unlike Dymocks, which
makes you use credit card.
