I m using FirebirdClient2.0_beta4 and firebird 1.5 running on linux.

On isql it connects fine:

SQL> CONNECT "192.168.15.101:/home/trab/SiadPHP/testes/siad.gdb"
CON> user 'SYSDBA' password 'masterkey';
Database: "192.168.15.101:/home/trab/SiadPHP/testes/siad.gdb", User: SYSDBA

I ll try using the 1.7 instead of the 2.0 then.

But i m really new to this .net stuff, and when i tried to install the
1.7it said i need the .net framework ver.
1.1 (i m using Visual Studio 2005 ED).

Can i install the 1.1 framework alongside with the 2.0?
