Yes, obviously, Database Workbench supports multiple database
engines and it has several cross-database-engine tools, like the
Database Migrator tool that can take, for example, a Microsoft
SQL Server database and convert the metadata to Firebird.

I would like to point out, however, that Database Workbench is
not a "generic" tool that searches for features only available in all
database engines. Instead, it has modules for each database engine
so that it can support all features of the database engine without
compromising functionality for other engines.

No, there's no such thing (yet) in Database Workbench.
