Hi,
Just to add a little weight to this question, we also have the same
issue.
It would be great if there was a way to see which user was locking a
record so that the administrator could give them a little nudge to
rollback or commit their transaction. It would be even nicer if the
transaction could be committed/rolledback by SYSDBA.
