MinGW build was broken at RC stage of FB1.5 and fixing it would
require massive changes. Because MinGW build is rather "experimental"
I decided not to fix it being afraid to broke official builds.
Unfortunatelly, MinGW build seems to have a bad luck because it was
broken again at FB2 beta. I've fixed FB2SS build but CS is still not
buildable.
