I think your running into some bugs - certainly the error
from Classic should never happen, and it looks very much as
if SuperServer is falling over dead, which shouldn't happen
either. Check here

for instructions for creating a debuggable dump. My guess
is that you need to install a debug build of the server - not
hard - and be prepared to launch into the debugger, but you
would be doing the project a major service if you traced this
problem down.
