Are you wanting to do this from a console, or have your application be
able to do this?

If you want an admin tool, I would look at IBExpert or IBOConsole. I
really like IBExpert, but IBOConsole is less expensive. (free)

If you want to do this from within your program you will need to tell
us what language.
