I can't help you in explaining why it's not working, i'm afraid, but can
confirm that it should be working. We use embedded FB on various P4 HT
machines (some 64bit, most not), all on XP Pro, and between 512 and 2G ram.
Works a treat on all of them, and we have never had a problem.
