You can restore an older gbak on a newer server and gbak, but if you
want to go backward, you need this procedure, assuming that you haven't
used any major new features.

1) find a copy of the older gbak.exe

2) run it against the newer server to make a backup file

3) run it against the older server to make an older version
of the database

Note that using features of the new version that are not part of the
old version will make moving backward more difficult.
