Err..not quite. Superserver 1.5 didn't do cooperative GC; the new
settings allow it as an option or in combination with the background
GC that v.1.0 and 1.5 Superserver use. (The policy setting doesn't
apply to Classic: it can only do cooperative).

V.2.0 defaults to the combined policy. It would be worthwhile trying
one or the other on its own to see whether there's an
improvement. But, to be clear, background, not cooperative, gets you
back to the 1.5 Superserver policy.
