Page 83 of 162:
Users can modify their own passwords

The SYSDBA remains the keeper of the security database. However, users
can now modify their own
passwords.
And page 88 of 162:
2. Have the users change their passwords (in 2.0 each user can change
his or her own password).
So.... how do users change their own password?
