I've finally found the problem! It wasn't about the code!
The Client library (gds32.dll) was not installed or copied
to the system folder properly. The copied gds32.dll size was
320 KB. After I reinstall the Firebird, gds32.dll is installed
to system32 folder with the size of 348KB.

I've tried to run the program after the installation of Firebird,
and now, it works properly.

I am so sorry I bothered you and, I appreciate you took time
on this matter.
