I was pretty sure it was legal, in the license. Including the clauses
of attaching the changes and license.
But I'm still against the idea. It is misdirecting, which is what I
told my super. But this issue is such a silly one too. I don't
understand why they refuse anything else but would accept it if it was
an engine done distributed by us. It seems just totally silly.
It would seem I have only a few options. Using ADO and making my
software very very generic. But then I lose out a specific features.
One of which is UDF that I've build allowing threaded and getting MAC
address of Server. Or I repackage, which I find its going to be a
mess, support wise too. I would need to do my changes over and over
every time there is an update in engine. Sigh. Among other legal
issues that may occur after. Or I do use FB, and I'll need an old
priest and a young priest to perform... never mind.
