For you:

Minimum:

Disk Space: 5MB + the size of the database
RAM : 32MB (but more the better)
CPU : 200MHz

(and yes it probably will run on less)

Of course, it performs better on a quad dual-core CPU with 4GB RAM and
15KRPM SCSI RAID 5.

At the end of the day, unless your vague statements like "most selects
from tables and SP, a bit of inserts/updates" are grossly under
explained or your index strategy is inadequate, any modern desktop
could easily account for that load.
