DBak has a filter system that will allow backup of a single
table or set of tables - I use it regularly to extract audit
log data before deleting it from the original database.

You can also direct it to use an existing database during
restore - to add a backup to an existing database - but
this feature is not well tested and is probably missing some
features that would make it useful. ie: TEST how you want
to restore before deciding if the DBak backup is useful.
