No sarcasm intended. Since you are using the embedded dll, I suppose
you're writing an application using it... with code. If that assumption
is true, you also know how to work with Firebird... from code. That
alone usually requires more knowledge than dealing with files, ie. if
you can do all that you should be able to import the data. And if that
is true, the question as you've phrased it doesn't make much sense.

In other words you're not providing us with any information so we can
help. We cannot read your mind. I'd advise that if you want help from
others, who volunteer their time to help you, please present a clear case.

And perhaps be a little less defensive.
