You may try that strategy:

1. Make a metadata only backup (gbak -m)
2. Restore it to a new, clean shaved, database.
3. Pump your data using IB Datapump
(http://www.clevercomponents.com/products/datapump/ibdatapump.asp)
or something similar.
Note: make sure you have a copy of original database, just in case.
