Sorry, I made a mistake in what I wrote :

With FB2, the difference is not the 'delete from tbl1' but the 'select count(*) from tbl1' that follows the delete of course! And this makes all the difference between FB1.5 and FB2.0 ...
Any idea why where this significant difference comes from ?
