It should be this month. However, there will be at least one more release
candidate. Currently the team is looking at backporting a significant
change to internal string handling from the Fb 2 tree to close an overflow
vulnerability. RC2 will also have a slightly changed Windows client library.

The Fb 1.5.3 release has been caught up in the annual round of N.
Hemisphere summer holidays, though. Can't think why we so often decide to
kick off sub-release candidates in July/August....
