You neet to specify the location of the security database. Example:
GSEC -user SYSDBA -password masterkey -database "localhost:C:\Program
Files\FireBird\security.fdb"
/smn
GSEC -user SYSDBA -password masterkey -database "localhost:C:\Program
Files\FireBird\security.fdb"
