You can use Firebird's JayBird JDBC driver. Also, I have to admit that
I don't work with ColdFusion, but I did a little search and here's
some information that will help(watch the wrapping):

Just in case that you don't know, all ColdFusion's datasources connect
via JDBC drivers.
