This particular server is a Dell 2850 with:
2 Xeon 3.6 GHz CPU's with 2 MB of cache
4 GB of memory
2 73 GB SCSI drives that are in raid-1 for the os, swap and /tmp
directories
3 146 GB SCSI drives that are in raid-5 for our databases directory
We use CentOS 4.1. I may add more memory to the server in the future,
but for now it runs great.
