Try www.clevercomponents.com - datapump is freeware - you pay a
subscription if you want source and/or support.

Another free datapump (not open source but source available free of charge)
is included in ib_sql - free binary download from www.ibobjects.com. This
one is just for pumping from one Fb or IB database to another.
