Chad,
The inno setup script for firebird is available somewhere. I don't remember
where but I found it when I needed it.
If you are using Inno setup, then you include the script in your own or
modify the script to fit your preconfigured options.
I have used it to make a preconfigured firebird setup file which I then run
from my application setup, passing parameters
gathered from the application setup.
