Hmm, I think it ended up being 7.3.

I ran the installer, which says 7.3 (although the file is described as
7.08). When I ran Delphi I had a conflict between different IB package
versions, and also lost the DA IB driver. So I uninstalled the IB component
bpl (component | install package) and ran the installer again.

It runs ok, but I don't have the IB components back. When I try to add them
in again by adding dclib70.bpl, it cmplains that "cannot load package
'ibexpress73' it contains 'ibxConst' which is also contained in package
'ibexpress70'" It then tells me that lbvclreg.register in sclib70.bpl raised
an EFileError because TIBFilterDialog already exists.

Any suggestions for digging myself out of this mess? What BPLs would I need
to delete and reinstall?
