In system tables you can see these charsets/collations:

DOS852 - PDOX_HUN
WIN1250 - PXW_HUNDC
WIN1250 - PXW_HUN ... new in FB1
ISO8859_2 - ISO_HUN ... new in FB1.5

All I know about them is that PXW_HUN (unlike PXW_HUNDC)
should produce correct dictionary sort. (but I have not tested it)
