Ummm... maybe a bit more detail on the error message would help. I've
read the message file and there are no messages that includes the words
"Inconsistency bla bla bla".

The "can not continue after bug check" message means that a previous
error could have left the database manager memory in an inconsistent
state and so all database operations have been stopped. The question of
the moment is "what was that earlier error?" Look in the server log for
a hint.
