Actually, you can create a directory:

c:\opt\firebirdSS-1.5.1\rxs_log\

on Windows and restore should succeed. If Firebird is not installed on C:,
replace it with the correct letter. Afterward, DROP the external table, and
you can freely delete the file and opt directory.
