That wasn't a pre-requisite in the original question, however their (4D
Hosting) cheapest package (Bronze £40 per year) with an FB database (£5 per
year) and VAT (17.5% £7.88 per year if you live in the EU) works out at
£52.88 a year or £4.40 a month or £1.02 a week; that to me is good value.
Approx equivalents are Euro78.87 and US$97.23 a year.

I have worked at two largish ISP's and in all honesty I would not go with a
larger ISP. Full Stop. Period. No matter how cheap they are. That is of
course my opinion, and no doubt others on (and off) the list will recommend
different ISP's based on *their* experiences, and that’s all I did,
recommend a service provider based on my experience.

For what its worth I am not affiliated with 4D Hosting, I am just a
customer.
