I'm also just a little cagey about people when they try so hard to not give
the full picture. He's trying hard to not tell us what the comparison
database is - somtimes that reveals straight away what the issue is. He's
trying very hard to abbreviate what he is doing becuase he thinks he is
giving us what matters, when most of the time, what is causing the problem
is something people are unwilling to consider as an issue and by leaving it
out they are able to go on arguing that there's a problem when there isn't.
