There are several applications that can do this --

One is at www.clevercomponents.com

Another one (which is more than just a data/schema conversion tool)
is Database Workbench at www.upscene.com - but you need ODBC
to use the Paradox tables.

Both tools allow you to convert your existing Paradox tables to Firebird
and transfer its data.
