I get the error message "Invalid CREATE, CONNECT or DROP Database
syntax". That's why I copied the SQL to IBExpert to try if it's working.
And there I had this strange behaviour due of th semicolon in the SQL
Statement.

What result? You didn't tell us any. For now, I see no reason why
the script-component from IBO shouldn't work.
