This list is not a newsgroup.

However, the list is mirrored to the news server news://news.atkin.com, as
egroups.ib-support. You can post to this list from that interface,
provided the email address that you use there is a subscribed member of the
*Yahoogroups* list. It won't work if you use a different email address.
